MovilCoop is a service that allows Cooperative customers easy and secure access to their accounts from their mobile device. To start using this service, you only need to download the app and log in using your Home Banking user credentials. If you are not enrolled in the Home Banking service, you must register before starting to use MovilCoop.

• Loan balances and details
• Certificate balances and details
• Historical information of accounts and loans
• Credit card balances and details
• Debit card information
• Transfers between accounts
• Transfers to other pre-configured accounts
• Loan payments
• Payments for merchant bills
• Credit card payments
• Historical information on merchant bill payments
• Information on suspended check payments
• Branches and ATMs information of the cooperative
• Guidance to the nearest branch that suits you

Just like in the Home Banking service, all information, balances, and transactions through this service are updated online in real-time.

For your peace of mind, similar to the Home Banking service, all transactions are conducted in a secure environment (SSL) with 128-bit support. This means that the data presented and offered undergo encryption algorithms before being exchanged.
